Platform Terms

These terms describe use of EVENTPHO, operated by STONEY&CO Holdings, with Stoney Williams as CEO. Contact stoneyw@gmail.com for questions about these terms, privacy or account deletion. Use of the service is subject to these terms and applicable event or product terms disclosed to you.

Accounts and permissions

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in access and use only permissions granted to you. Hosts, guests, staff and businesses have different roles. Do not impersonate others or access another account or event without authorization. Account signup alone does not activate a paid event or spend subscription credits.

Events, invitations and admission

Hosts manage their event details, rules, invitations and authorized staff. Galleries are private by default; hosts may choose public visibility. Private invitations may be forwarded, so unlisted visibility is not a guarantee that only the original recipient can join.

RSVP, gallery participation and paid admission are separate. A gallery invitation does not purchase a ticket. Follow the host’s disclosed admission and venue requirements.

Your media and acceptable use

You retain ownership of your content. Upload only content you have the rights and permissions to share. By submitting content, you permit EVENTPHO to store, process and display it for the event and service features you use, including authorized participants and displays.

EVENTPHO requires separate, explicit permission before using guest photos or videos in its own advertising. Event upload permission is not advertising permission.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, disclose private information without authority, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access. Hosts and authorized staff may moderate event media. Permanent-account uploads share after processing; anonymous uploads require host approval. Removed content cannot be recalled from copies already saved by others.

Purchases and subscriptions

Review the product, price, fees, limits, deadlines and recurring-payment disclosures before purchase. Access and credits depend on verified payment or an authorized grant, not merely a checkout return screen. Applicable event access is shown in the platform.

Subscriptions grant allowances for verified paid cycles. Failed payments grant no new credits. Under current plan rules, cancellation preserves paid-through access and does not automatically restore spent credits. Mid-cycle tier changes are currently unavailable. Review the billing interface for current cancellation and purchase options.

Tickets, vendor/sponsor payments and event-plan purchases are separate. Refunds, disputes and rescheduling questions are reviewed under the disclosed product/event terms and applicable law; these platform terms do not create an automatic refund or new forfeiture rule. Businesses, vendors and sponsors

A submission or imported directory record is not automatically approved, claimed or independently verified. Business representatives are responsible for accurate information and authority to submit it. Hosts define their event packages and participation rules. Applications, approval, payment and public visibility are separate states.

Vendor and sponsor participation also follows the Vendor & sponsor terms and the event’s disclosed rules. Hosts may grant complimentary promotional placements without a package purchase. Promotional media must satisfy approval and eligibility requirements before playback.

The service directory provides reviewed listings and contact options. It does not provide a complete contracting or service-payment workflow; arrangements made directly with a business are separate from EVENTPHO platform purchases.

Devices, displays and availability

Dedicated player access depends on event entitlement. Displays must be authorized or paired, and hosts may revoke them. Browser permissions can affect camera, audio, fullscreen and wake behavior. Universal smart-TV compatibility or automatic monitor placement is not promised; a computer connected to a TV/projector is a fallback.

Plan your event around the displayed upload/gallery windows and media limits. Gallery-access expiry is not a guarantee of immediate storage deletion. Network or device limitations may interrupt service; downloaded copies may persist outside the platform.

Privacy, requests and changes

See the Privacy Notice for handling of information, advertising permission and the prohibition on selling personal information or sharing guest contact details with vendors/sponsors without explicit opt-in.
