Applications and reservations
Submitting an application does not reserve a booth or sponsorship placement. The event team must approve your application. Approval reserves your selected package until the deposit deadline shown in My applications.
Payments and cancellation
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your approved spot. The remaining balance is due the day before the event. Cancellation does not refund the deposit. Package prices include EVENTPHO platform fees. Your application retains the package price, add-ons, and event rules shown when you applied.
Your listing and media
Deposit payment enables publication of your event listing, subject to your chosen visibility and event settings. You retain ownership of your media and authorize EVENTPHO and the event host to display it with your business and event listing. Upload only content you own or are authorized to use. Hosts may hide or lock content that violates event rules or applicable law.
Business information and contact
You are responsible for accurate business information and compliance with applicable event requirements. Authorized event staff can access the contact details you supply for your application. Your public contact preferences control the details shown to visitors. Host approval does not represent independent legal verification of your business.

The event rules, setup instructions, selected package benefits, and deadlines shown on your application also apply. Contact the event team listed on the event opportunity page for participation or payment questions.
