EVENTPHO · EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 4, 2026

Privacy Notice

Operated by STONEY&CO Holdings · Stoney Williams, CEO

This notice explains how EVENTPHO handles information when you create an account, host or join an event, upload media, use a business listing, or purchase a service. For privacy questions, account deletion or terms questions, contact stoneyw@gmail.com.

Information we process

Google or Facebook sign-in uses information supplied under the permissions you grant to that provider. Temporary anonymous participation depends on the browser session; signing into a different account does not automatically move temporary uploads.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts, event participation, media sharing, moderation, admission/check-in, business review, payments and funded access; to send service-related messages; and to operate and protect EVENTPHO. Creating an account does not itself provide marketing consent.

Event privacy and sharing

Event galleries are private by default, with access through the event invitation link or QR code and the applicable joining and access requirements. Hosts may choose public visibility. Private events are unlisted, but anyone receiving a forwarded invitation may also gain access. Share invitation links only with intended participants.

Eligible shared media and public profile information can be viewed by authorized participants and presented on authorized event displays. Permanent-account uploads share after processing; anonymous uploads wait for host approval. Hosts and authorized staff can manage participation and media within their permissions.

Removing or hiding content through EVENTPHO cannot retract copies someone already downloaded. Personal profile contact details are kept separate from public profile information. Approved business contact information may be public according to the listing and its contact preferences.

Advertising and personal information

EVENTPHO requires your separate, explicit permission before using your guest-uploaded photos or videos in EVENTPHO advertising. Uploading to an event does not by itself grant advertising permission.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share guest contact details with vendors or sponsors unless the guest explicitly opts in. Operational processing by the service providers described below is separate from sharing guest contact details for vendor or sponsor use.

Service providers

EVENTPHO uses Supabase for authentication, database and storage services; Vercel for application hosting; Square for payment processing; and Resend for configured email delivery. Google and Facebook apply when you choose their sign-in methods. These providers process information needed for their respective services under their own policies and applicable arrangements.

Square handles payment information through its payment interfaces. EVENTPHO maintains relevant transaction and access records. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

Sessions and device permissions

Session cookies and browser storage help maintain sign-in, temporary guest participation, preferences and authorized displays. Camera, microphone and other device features may require your browser permission. Declining a permission may prevent that feature from working.

Retention and deletion requests

Upload and gallery-access windows depend on the event access shown in the platform. An access deadline is separate from deletion of stored information. Existing legacy events retain their applicable access rules. Payment, audit, security and backup records may be retained separately from event media.

To request access, correction, account deletion or deletion of your information, email stoneyw@gmail.com. Identify the account or event and describe the request; do not send passwords or payment-card details. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Requests are handled subject to applicable rights, legal obligations and legitimate record-retention needs. Deletion cannot remove copies independently retained by other participants.

Security, children and updates

We use account/event permissions and media access controls to protect information. No online system can guarantee protection from every incident. Hosts and participants should obtain appropriate permission for photos or videos of other people, including minors; contact us with concerns about a child’s information.

We will identify updates through this notice’s effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. See the Platform Terms for use of the service.
